This is our Fall Chapter Meeting. The main agenda items will focus on a readings from a folklore book followed by audience discussions. We will also play Bier Garden Bingo.

Detailed Agenda:
12:30 - 1:00 Setup room, food, Mics, digital display, check in attendees.
1:00 - 1:25 Potluck Luncheon - please bring a dish of your choice.
1:25 - 1:30 Welcome - Explain today’s activities.
1:30 - 2:00 “Folklore Reading and Discussion” - Donna Cardoza will read excerpts from the “Prairie Wisdom” book followed by audience discussions. We will ask for someone else to do a reading at our December meeting.
2:00 - 3:00 - “GRHS 2024 Convention Reports” - provided by Bruce Schweigerdt, Cindi Jones, Freddie Nezbeth, Kathy Styc.
3:00 - 3:15 Break - Socializing time
3:15 - 4:00 “Fun Activity - Bier Garden Bingo” led by Donna Cardoza.
4:00 - 4:30 Clean up, Pack up supplies.
Note: the above timeframes for presentations and activities are approximate. However, we will start promptly at 1:00 pm and attempt to vacate by 4:30 pm.
