Detailed Agenda:

12:30 - 1:00  Setup room, food, Mics, digital display, check in attendees.

1:00 - 1:25 Potluck Luncheon - please bring a dish of your choice.

1:25 - 1:30 Welcome - Explain today’s activities.

1:30 - 2:15 “Discussion & Work Session: Your Ancestor's Bibles” - If you want to share why your ancestor’s bible is special to you, please bring it and tell us why. If you have scanned the cover and certain inside pages, you can email them to Lee in advance of the meeting and he will display them on the big HDTV screen as you describe them. Email them to svcgr.info@gmail.com. NOTE: if your Bible pages are very faint and difficult to read, Doug Roth will have his camera and take a picture of the bible page then use an app to enhance the writing. He can work in parallel with Lee during the next session.

2:15 - 3:00 - “Working Session: Enhance Your Old Photos” - bring a few old, faded photos and Lee will scan them, enhance, sharpen and colorize them. Note: if you have already digitized them, please email them to Lee in advance of the meeting. Email them to svcgr.info@gmail.com.

3:00 - 3:15 Break

3:15 - 4:00 “Continue - Working Session: Enhance Your Old Photos” - if there are more photos then can be handled at the meeting, Lee will finish them at home and email them to you. With your permission, Lee will create a photo album of all the photos you provided and place them on our website. Each one will display the original, enhanced and sharpened, and colorized (if B&W) versions.

4:00 - 4:30  Clean up, Pack up supplies.
