Sacramento Valley Chapter (SVCGR)
SVCGR is a non-profit organization with a primary mission of preserving, sharing, researching, and socializing Germans from Russia ancestry. 
National Affiliations
The SVCGR is affiliated with, and chartered by, the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia, International (AHSGR) headquartered in Lincoln, NE and by the Germans from Russia Heritage Society (GRHS) headquartered in Bismarck, ND. 
Membership Types
There are two types of SVCGR memberships:
  • SVCGR Individual and Family (husband and spouse/partner) - this is the most common type and it is renewed during the fourth quarter each calendar year.
  • SVCGR Affiliate Member - this is for people who are already a member of another AHSGR or GRHS chapter, or either National Headquarters. SVCGR dues are optional, but always appreciated.
  • AHSGR or GRHS National Membership - SVCGR members are required to also join  AHSGR International  or GRHS. This can be done online at their respective websites.
How to Become a New Member
First, click the "Membership Form" button, then save it to your computer.  Fill out the Member Profile form and either mail it or scan and email it to the name and address listed in the form. Our membership manager may contact you for more information or simply approve your request. You will receive approval notification either by mail or email, depending on your preference.
Once approved click the "Create Login" button. Your email is your user ID and you choose your password. You may get an email with a link that you must click to confirm your identity. The website admin will then grant you permission to access the members only areas AFTER you send your Membership Form and have paid your annual Dues. 
Existing Members
You can renew your SVCGR membership online and pay by credit/debit card or PayPal.
  Annual Member Dues
  • SVCGR Individual or Family: $20.​
  • AHSGR International: $50, or
  • GRHS: $65.
