SVCGR Winter 2023 Chapter Meeting
This is our December Chapter Meeting, Annual Meeting, and Christmas Social. German Christmas music, a Christmas Market presentation, White Elephant Gift Exchange, a ticket drawing for a special gift, and election of 2024 Board Members.

12:20 - 1:00 Â Setup room, food, microphone, digital display, check in attendees.
1:00 - 1:25 Food served. Sausages (John), Caesar salad (Freddie), Kuchen (Bruce), Coffee (Lee), Christmas Punch (Doug), Hot Cider (Cindi). Optionally, other members may bring a side dish, salad or dessert.
1:25 - 1:30 Welcome everyone.Â
1:30 - 1:35 German Christmas Music (from SVCGR Website).
1:35 - 2:00 2022 German Christmas Market Experience - by Doug Roth
2:00 - 2:15 Annual Meeting - Nominate/Elect 2024 Board Members. 2024 Dues reminder.
2:15 - 2:30 Discuss ideas for 2024 chapter meetings/events.
2:30 - 2:50 Â Break
2:50 - 3:45 White Elephant Gift Exchange.Â
3:45 - 4:00 - Ticket drawing for special Ukrainian gift. (Lee).
4:00 - 4:30 Â Clean up, Pack up supplies.
