Our Mission Statement

The Mission of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of Germans from Russia (SVCGR) is to educate, promote and support genealogical research of Germans from Russia. The SVCGR organization is devoted to developing our community through connecting, uniting, and organizing essential resources to benefit the membership, helping them achieve their genealogical goals.
